Linda J. Berrios-Scott

Paralegal Manager

Linda J. Berrios-Scott, Paralegal Manager at Sullivan, Hayes & Quinn, LLC, joined the Firm in 2000.  She earned a B.S. from Bay Path University in legal studies and a Certificate in Advanced Paralegal Studies, also from Bay Path University.

Linda works closely with the Firm’s attorneys to assist them in the details of litigating client matters and in managing their caseloads. She oversees the attorneys’ litigation support staff. Linda came to Sullivan, Hayes & Quinn, LLC after working at the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office with Attorney Meghan Sullivan, who is now the Firm’s Managing Partner.

Linda’s key contributions to the Firm involve court and administrative agency liaison, evidence and document management, research, and assisting attorneys in assembling exhibits and details for advocating their cases. She brings to this work great efficiency and an attention to the importance of communication with the attorneys and clients.    

Linda has a sense of humor about the pressures of the job and the amount of work the staff often juggles. She is a former member of the Springfield Women’s Commission and the Parent-Teacher Organization at her daughter’s school. She a member of the Bay Path Paralegal Advisory Committee.
